Refund Policy

30-day refunds
We want every family to feel good about the program. If FlashCardRead is not right for your learner, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your payment date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval.
How to request a refund
Send us a message via our contact page with the email address used at checkout and your order or receipt number. We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
Renewals and cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund policy (for example repeated purchase-and-refund cycles), or breach of our Terms & Conditions. Statutory rights to a refund under your local consumer law are not affected by this policy.
